Caring teachers to help your child grow
When selecting teachers and staff for our schools, we focus on finding the best applicants with the most drive to provide a caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our students to learn and succeed in an academic and social setting.
Thorough background checks
Our teachers and staff are all carefully screened and interviewed before being hired. All staff must pass fingerprinting and background check through the child abuse registry, and we hire no one convicted of child abuse or neglect.
In addition to background checks, all teachers meet or exceed the Oklahoma requirements for annual training and are periodically formally observed by the program director.
